Features

XChat is a full-featured IRC client with a GUI surrounding the basic chat window. It includes all basic functionality found in most other IRC clients, including CTCP, DCC file transfers and chats, and a plugin system for various programming languages (including at least C or C++, Perl, Python, Tcl, Ruby,[2] Lua,[3] CLISP, D, and DMDScript[4]). By writing plugins, one can extend the features and customize the functionality of XChat.

XChat runs on the following operating systems: GNU/Linux, FreeBSD, NetBSD, OpenBSD, Solaris, AIX, IRIX, Mac OS X, Windows 98/ME/NT/2000/XP and others. Support for 98/ME was dropped from the official Windows build.[5] XChat is included with Linux distributions such as PCLinuxOS.[6]

The default view for the client window is referred to as "tree view", but can be configured for a tabbed interface for multiple simultaneous. Tabs change color as text arrives, other users enter or leave channels, or address the user's nickname. The interface can display clickable operator ("op") commands and others, and be customized for fonts, event sounds, and timestamping and logging.[6] XChat implements all standard IRC commands, such as /NICK and /JOIN, as well as DCC chatting (/CHAT), which allows chat to continue if the IRC server is disconnected.[6]

License change

As of August 23, 2004, official Windows build of XChat has become shareware, and must be purchased after a 30-day trial period. Previous (freeware) builds for Windows have been removed from the official site.[7] However X-Chat is still open-source and licensed under GPL, so there are a few free non-official builds.

Features

In ZoneAlarm, program access is controlled by way of "zones", into which all network connections are divided. The "trusted zone" generally includes the user's local area network and can share resources such as files and printers, while the "Internet zone" includes everything not in the trusted zone. The user can specify which "permissions" (trusted zone client, trusted zone server, Internet zone client, Internet zone server) to give to a program before it attempts to access the Internet (e.g. before running it for the first time) or, alternatively, ZoneAlarm will ask the user to give the program permission on its first access attempt.[3]
[edit]
True Vector Internet Monitor

"True Vector Internet Monitor", also known as "TrueVector Security Engine", is the core of ZoneAlarm. It is a Windows service which runs as "vsmon.exe" in the processes list. This Monitors internet traffic and generates alerts for disallowed access.
[edit]
Operating System Firewall

Operating System Firewall, OSFirewall for short, is a feature in ZoneAlarm paid versions only. This monitors programs and generates alerts when they perform suspicious behaviors. The OSFirewall is useful in preventing RootKits and other spyware.
[edit]
SmartDefense Advisor

SmartDefense Advisor — A service that is also available in the free version of ZoneAlarm — helps the user with certain types of alerts. This utilizes a large database of trusted program signatures in order to provide the user with further advice upon requests from the program in regards to allowing or denying access to the Internet.

DOWNLOAD INTELLPOINT

Software features may only be available with certain mice models. (Button options are specific to the selected model.) On Mac OS X 10.4-10.7.x, IntelliPoint features can be accessed by opening Microsoft Mouse in System Preferences.[2]

Depending on the software version and specific mouse product, users can define mouse buttons to run any executable program or file they desire (or a control key + letter combination) and can even define buttons for different functions in chosen programs.

With IntelliPoint 4, users were able to specify mouse wheel behavior to scroll one screen at a time. This feature was useful in situations where the user had to work with windows of varying size and a fixed scroll rate alternated from being too fast or too slow depending on each window. This feature was incorporated into the Windows XP operating system[3] and removed in IntelliPoint 5.[citation needed] The "Alt+Tab" button combination was also replaced with "Next Window," effectively preventing users from alternating between specific programs, and instead having to cycle through one by one (although this can be hacked back in the registry[4]).\

Features

In addition to its basic functionality and general capability as an instant messaging client, the latest version of Windows Live Messenger offers the following features:
[edit]
Album Viewer
See also: Windows Photo Gallery

Windows Live Messenger's album viewer is based on Windows Photo Gallery and provides users a photo viewing experience for photo albums shared via SkyDrive and Facebook. The album viewer is interactive and supports full screen and slideshow modes, as well as viewing and uploading comments on Facebook and SkyDrive albums. It also supports people tagging for SkyDrive. The album viewer closely resembles the Microsoft Silverlight counterpart for web photo albums present on SkyDrive.
[edit]
Appear offline to individuals or categories

Windows Live Messenger allow users to appear offline to particular individual contacts, as well as to an entire category within Windows Live Messenger, while appearing online to other contacts.

This is a recent feature of Windows Live Messenger 2011, and is a departure from the previous versions of Windows Live Messenger, where blocking a contact would prevent the "blockee" from sending the user any messages to the "blocker". With the "appear offline to" configuration currently implemented, "hidden from" users can still send "offline messages" to the target.[5]
[edit]
Social networks integration

Users can connect services such as Facebook, MySpace and LinkedIn using Windows Live Profile, and display their contact's Messenger social updates within the "Full view" of Windows Live Messenger. Users can also post status updates and photos directly to the connected services within Windows Live Messenger. Additionally, Messenger also imports all contacts from the connected services and integrates with Facebook Chat (via the XMPP protocol) for instant messaging support with users on Facebook.

DOWNLOAD FIFA 10 FOR PC

FA Manager 10 is the 2010 successor to the FIFA Manager series from EA's sports brand, EA Sports, following up FIFA Manager 09. FIFA Manager 10 was developed by Bright Future and published by EA Sports. When installed there will be two executable files: Single-player mode and the Multiplayer mode that can be played online.[1] The game gives you the chance to control a wide range of features from discussing tactics with individual players to creating monster stadiums to house your fans. For the first time ever on the series, there is an online mode, as well as a superior 3D animation and a customizable manager desktop.[2] Bright Future have released a new update on June 2,specially for their 10th anniversary, the new update lets the players manage their national team through the FIFA World Cup 2010. The players can choose the national teams that they want in the tournament and they can choose the original squad or make up their own squad.
[edit]
Reception

This iteration of the FIFA Manager series has been heavily criticised for being released when multiple game issues were already known to Bright Future several weeks before publication (they promised a patch to fix game crashes over a week before the game was released), obliging many users who bought the game on the day of release to have to wait for the patch before they could play.

They have also been criticised for locking features that users were able to customise in previous versions, giving rise to accusations they are plagiarising freeware enhancements (particularly 3D graphics) from fan-made patches then passing the improvements off in subsequent releases of the game as their own. Bright Future deny this, claiming the locking was due to past problems players had with the game caused by fan patches.

Download Devil May Cry 4 FOR PC

Devil May Cry 2 (Japanese: デビル メイ クライ 2 Hepburn: Debiru Mei Kurai Tsū?, frequently abbreviated as DMC2) is a hack and slash beat 'em up video game developed and published by Capcom in 2003 exclusively for the PlayStation 2. The game serves as a sequel to Devil May Cry.

Set in modern times, in the fictional city of Vie de Marli,[1] the story centers on Dante and Lucia in their fight to stop a businessman named Arius from raising the demon Argosax and achieving supreme power. The story is told primarily through a mixture of cutscenes using the game's engine, with several pre-rendered full motion videos.

Devil May Cry 2 received mixed reviews, and has been criticized for a variety of development decisions, which made the game considerably different from its predecessor; chief among these decisions was the lowered difficulty.[2] Nevertheless, it was a commercial success.
